Final Day at ALA Midwinter

It’s good to be back home although it was late last night before I arrived back in W-S. Overall, I think this year’s mid-winter conference was a positive experience. It was obvious that attendance was down due to economic restraints across institutions, but it provided a more intimate type of experience (if you can ever call an ALA conference “intimate”.) Sessions were smaller, rooms weren’t jammed packed and because of this, I was actually able to participate in the discussions I attended. I detailed my last day on the ZSR Library Professional Development site.
